Lake Lowell Park is a city park that offers a full day of boating, swimming wildlife viewing, and outdoor adventure for the whole family.
Location: 12996 Iowa Avenue, Nampa, on the Upper Dam (east side) of Lake Lowell
Hours: Open year-round from dawn to dusk
Amenities: picnic tables, BBQ grills, restrooms, waters fountain, disc golf, fishing, boat ramp, birdwatching, swimming with lifeguards, hiking, hunting, and story trail
Reservations: not offered
Fees: no day-use fees at this park
Motorized and no-motorized boating are allowed from April 15 to September 30.
Story trail: From May to October a different story book is displayed each month on reading platforms located along a nature trail in the park. Trail route is marked in white
